Crissy Battle is a seasoned professional in payment systems and product management, currently serving as the Director of Product and Director of Payments at Vimeo since June 2022. As the Founder of the Subscription Merchant Forum since January 2020, Crissy has established a platform for industry collaboration. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Payments at Grailed and a Senior Payments Analyst at Dropbox, where Crissy managed a $1.5 billion self-serve payment processing volume. At Amazon, Crissy served as Payments Program Manager for international expansion projects, and previous positions at Moz involved leading payments quality assurance and triage efforts. Crissy began a career in operations coordination at Redfin and earned a B.A. in English Literature from Agnes Scott College.
