Jack Hobbs

Jack Hobbs is an accomplished professional in the field of Customer Success with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success EMEA at Vimeo since December 2025, Jack has previously held significant roles at Yotpo, where responsibilities included Senior Manager and interim Head of Customer Success for the EMEA region. Prior to that, Jack was the Director of Global Customer Success at BrightEdge, and also contributed to the growth of Customer Success teams at Wyng. Jack's career began in sales and account management with roles at RedBox Events and Meltwater. Jack holds a BSc Hons degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham and has received AS/A Levels from Peter Symonds' College.
