Nir Ben-Ari

Nir Ben-Ari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and social ventures. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support for Vimeo, Nir leads a global team focused on video creation SaaS products, having transitioned from an earlier role as Head of EMEA Support after the acquisition of Magisto by Vimeo. Previous roles include co-founding a social venture for holistic elder care and founding the Balbalot Project aimed at guiding individuals in selecting educational paths. Nir established the Customer Service department at RR Media, serving high-profile clients such as Viacom and Fox, and has held leadership positions in various organizations including the Israel Nature and Parks Authority and Compedia. Nir holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Emek Israel Academic College.
