Their past roles include Customer Support Manager at Oracle, where they significantly improved first-call resolution and team productivity, as well as Call Center Manager at Capitol Office Solutions, where they enhanced team performance and customer satisfaction. With a solid foundation in the travel industry from their early career as an apprentice travel agent, Steffi has cultivated extensive expertise in customer support and operational excellence throughout their professional journey.
