Traci Summers

Traci Summers is a seasoned People Operations leader with extensive experience in human capital management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People Operations & Enablement at Vimeo, Traci has successfully consolidated HCM systems and implemented data governance policies. Prior roles include Director of People & Culture Operations at Mindbody, where Traci significantly reduced the HR tech stack and provided operational support for M&A activities. Traci's career began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IQMS and Dassault Systèmes, leading to various HR management positions, including HR Manager at Papich Construction and Manager of HR Operations at Sunrun. Traci holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and an Elementary Teaching Clear Credential from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
