Vaidehi Joshi

Vaidehi Joshi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both leadership and individual contributor roles. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Vimeo, Vaidehi transitioned from a management position following a workforce reduction, previously managing a team of engineers while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Earlier roles include Lead Software Engineer at Forem, where Vaidehi developed mentorship initiatives and served as a technical consultant, and Staff Engineer at Tilde Inc., focusing on the development of Skylight, a profiling tool for Ruby applications. Additional experience includes software development roles at Imprint Gift and Friends of The Web, a Fog Creek Fellowship at Trello, and early education at The Flatiron School. Vaidehi holds a cum laude B.A. in English from Barnard College and Columbia University and has pursued Urdu language studies at the American Institute of India Studies.
