Oswald D'Sa

Oswald D'sa currently serves as the VP of Cloud Engineering at GetInsured and has extensive experience as an advisor and consultant since 2008. D'sa previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering Operations at Bluescape Software, where accomplishments included scaling the company from 55 to over 240 employees and achieving multiple security certifications. D'sa has a strong background in transforming legacy systems into modern scalable infrastructures, as demonstrated during tenures at Xora and VerticalResponse, leading to significant cost savings and performance improvements. Prior engagements include pivotal roles at Claria Corporation, Obongo Inc., and Symantec Corporation, encompassing technology modernization and e-commerce infrastructure development. D'sa holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the National Center For Software Technology and a B.E. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
