Mathilde Caspers has extensive experience in the medical and volunteer sectors, serving as a coordinator and volunteer at Stichting Straatmensen from December 2014 to March 2018, where meals were provided for the homeless. Additionally, Mathilde worked at Het Smulhuis in the summer of 2013, preparing meals for the homeless in Utrecht. Experience at UMC Utrecht from July 2013 to May 2015 involved supporting various nursing departments, while student assistant work at UMC St Radboud from November 2011 to November 2013 focused on providing guided tours at the Anatomical and Pathological Museum. Mathilde also held the position of department doctor at Vincent van Gogh for mental health care from June to December 2017. Currently, Mathilde is in training as a psychiatrist.
