Kristoffer Eidissen has a diverse work experience history. Kristoffer started their career as a Sommerpraktikant at BODØ HAVN KF in 2013, where they were responsible for daily operations, maintenance tasks, and customer service. Kristoffer then worked as a Lærer at Bodo Ungdomsskole from 2015 to 2016, handling planning, teaching, and student follow-up.

In 2016, Eidissen joined Shoeday Norge AS as a Butikkmedarbeider, and stayed there until 2016. Kristoffer then worked at Knowledge Management Consulting AS as a Praktikant/trainee from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they gained valuable knowledge and experience.

From 2016 to 2019, Eidissen worked for Kolonial.no, first as a Kundeservicemedarbeider answering customer queries, coordinating drivers, and later as a Skiftleder, responsible for setting goals and KPIs for customer service efficiency.

Eidissen transitioned to Svea Norge in 2019, first as a Salgs- og markedskoordinator, where they developed marketing strategies, conducted market and portfolio analysis, and identified new areas of focus. Kristoffer then became a CRM-ansvarlig in 2020, responsible for customer journey and product management.

In 2020, Eidissen moved to Accountor Norge as a Forretningsutvikler, contributing to business development. Currently, they are working at Vince AS as a Business Development Manager. In October 2022, Eidissen will assume the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at the same company.

Kristoffer Eidissen completed their Master's degree in Bedriftsadministrasjon og -ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they studied at LIU Post and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2014. In 2009, Kristoffer attended Bodin videregående skole, where they focused on sport.
