Gary Codling

As Performance Director, Gary has developed the company’s distinct approach to continuous improvement and digitalization applying lean and agile philosophies to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance smart building performance.

His role is to support the VINCI Facilities management team to align their development programmes to our customer's objectives and support our teams to deliver incremental gains in performance. Right now, Gary is leading the deployment of VINCI’s digital strategy and development roadmap.
