Aki Stenberg

Aki Stenberg is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee branding, and recruitment. Currently serving as Sr Learning & Development Manager at Rightware, Aki previously held key positions at Basware, where responsibilities included managing a global learning solution portfolio and employee engagement surveys. Aki led the Talent Acceleration Program at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, emphasizing recruitment and training for IT professionals in cloud technologies.
