Taina Vimpari

Taina Vimpari has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Taina began their career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at Brno University of Technology. In 2004, they worked as an IT Instructor at Eduhouse Oy. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Study Adviser at Helsinki University of Technology.

Moving forward, they joined Suomen Asiakastieto Oy in 2005 and held the positions of IT Specialist / Application Architect and later Application Architect until 2019.

Since 2019, Taina has been working at Vincit. Taina started as a Senior Software Engineer and then took on the role of Technical Director, Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Lead.

Throughout their career, Taina has gained expertise in software engineering, project management, and technical leadership.

Taina Vimpari completed their education at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1999 to 2006, earning a MSc degree in Information Technology and Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Riihimäen lukio from 1996 to 1999. Taina also obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in February 2023, and TOGAF® 9 Certification from The Open Group in December 2010. In addition, they hold a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2010.
