Balbir Bora has over two decades of experience in the IT and regulatory consultancy sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Whitewater Solutions since December 2012, Balbir advises telecom-enabled businesses in India on regulatory matters and VoIP implementations. In addition, as the CEO of Vincular Testing Labs India Pvt. Ltd. since January 2012, Balbir provides comprehensive regulatory and compliance solutions for businesses. Previously, from July 1999 to November 2012, Balbir held the position of Compliance Manager at Cisco, overseeing product compliance for the SAARC region, and earlier worked as an IT Program Manager and IT System Administrator at Cisco and Canon India, respectively. Balbir holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completed in 1993.
