Sofia Beijer

Sofia Beijer is the Recruitment Manager and Consultant Manager at Vindex AB, where they oversee the recruitment process and manage both internal and contracted consultants. Previously, they held various roles, including Store Manager at Outletboden Smögen and Sales and Customer Service Representative at Länsförsäkringar, among others. Sofia has an educational background in Strategic Communication and Business Administration from Uppsala University, along with additional studies in Human Strategic Management and Labor Law at Högskolan Kristianstad. They are currently pursuing further education in HR at Umeå University.
