Beatriz Samila

Beatriz Samila is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the fintech sector, currently serving as a Growth Product Manager at Vindi since August 2022. In this role, Beatriz leads an API acquisition squad focused on automating account creation processes to enhance customer acquisition while maintaining operational efficiency, achieving significant milestones such as a 50% reduction in deal closing time and a decrease in customer acquisition costs. Prior to Vindi, Beatriz worked at EBANX from February 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing banking solutions for SMBs and large enterprises, enhancing product security, and improving chatbot retention across Latin America. Beatriz also had earlier roles at EBANX as an Associate Product Manager and as a Product Intern at Bank of Brasil, contributing to notable improvements in onboarding processes and supplier management. Beatriz holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Federal do Paraná and completed the Makers Fellowship in 2023.
