Patients frequently cycle through ineffective treatments and fragmented care pathways, leading to worsening functional impairment and reduced quality of life.

The system impact is substantial. Endometriosis drives an estimated $69B+ annual economic burden in the U.S., with higher healthcare utilization driven by repeat imaging, medications, and surgeries. Much of this cost is tied to delayed recognition and misaligned care.

Vindicara addresses this gap by translating symptom patterns, treatment response, and functional impact into structured, auditable risk stratification. Our platform identifies high-risk patients earlier (especially when imaging is negative or symptoms are minimized), supporting clinicians in making more timely, informed decisions.

We use transparent, rules-based logic augmented by AI to surface clinically meaningful patterns across longitudinal data. Symptom clusters outweigh isolated findings, treatment failure signals escalation, and functional impairment is treated as a core indicator of disease burden.

Our infrastructure integrates into existing workflows, supporting clinicians, not replacing them, while generating real-world evidence on care pathways and outcomes.
