Bradley Rivard

Bradley Rivard, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Bradley is currently the Sales Director at Vindicia, where they utilize their skills in subscription management and retention to help clients acquire and retain customers. Their responsibilities include analyzing big data, providing strategic consulting, and utilizing proprietary retention technology to increase recurring revenue and provide valuable insights throughout the subscriber lifecycle.

Prior to their current role, Rivard served as the Chief Executive Officer at Select Specialty Hospital. During their time there, they successfully implemented improvements in quality measures, increased average daily census, stabilized staffing, and reduced RN turnover. Bradley also developed leadership team members and achieved operational milestones despite challenging market dynamics. Subsequently, in 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Sciences from Grand Valley State University. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they attended Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Additionally, in June 2008, Bradley obtained the certification of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care - NBRC.
