We hear “PM” and jump to the conclusion this is a person, a project manager, a role within an organization.  At Vine PM we see things differently.  PM means many things but at its core it is effective "management of things” (MoT) that guide a project or many projects to successful completion. 

PM is an action, a process, and a solution not a title.

Project delivery, client requirements and expectations, processes and procedures continually evolve and change creating complexity in project delivery.  What we once were able to do, quickly and efficiently, with experts in their field has now become overly cumbersome and time consuming through generating unnecessary “information” and valueless reporting analysis or contemplation.

At Vine PM we are getting back to basics.  What is the minimum to be successful in bringing a project to completion ultimately adding value to our client’s business?  Remove noise, simplify, streamline, and get it done.  Remove barriers to making decisions.
