Liam Paskvan

Liam Paskvan is currently working as an Assistant General Counsel at Vineyard Offshore since April 2022 and previously held the same position at Vineyard Wind since September 2020. Before that, Liam served as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Liam also worked as a Fellow at New York University School of Law, State Energy & Environmental Impact Center and as an Associate at Pierce Atwood. Liam holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Early American History from William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from James Madison University. Liam specializes in energy law and advocates for the ratepayers of Massachusetts.
