Anne Pham currently serves as DCEO (Investment) at VINFAST from May 2025. Prior to this role, Anne was a Board Member of VinFast Singapore and held the positions of Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Vingroup JSC from March 2013 to May 2024. Earlier in Anne's career, experiences include roles in Investment Banking, FICC Sales, and Proprietary Investment at Barclays Investment Bank from July 2007 to March 2013 and at OCBC Bank, respectively. Additionally, Anne was a Fixed Income Analyst at Lion Global Investors Limited from May 2005 to May 2007. Anne Pham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering & Information Systems Management from the National University of Singapore and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Asian Art History at LASALLE College of the Arts, expected to complete in November 2025.
