Bill Dowdall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supplier quality management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Quality Consultant at VINFAST LLC since June 2018, Bill oversees supplier quality activities for the company's North American operations, focusing on APQP, PPAP, and Run at Rate processes. Previously, Bill spent nearly three decades at General Motors, holding multiple senior roles such as Supplier Quality Manager for seats, interiors, structures, and stamping, as well as supporting business transfers and providing plant quality support. Bill's career began in production supervision at General Motors following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan-Flint.
