Thinh Nguyen

Thinh Nguyen is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational management, currently serving as the Manager of Hi-po/Talent Development & Succession Planning at VINFAST since September 2023. Previously, Thinh held roles such as Head of Training and Development at PTF Vietnam and Expert of Talent Management/Organization Development at VPBank. With experience as a Senior Trainer/Team-leader at MB Shinsei Finance (Mcredit) and Lead Trainer at Tecomen, Thinh has built a strong foundation in training methodologies. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Vietnam National University, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Lund University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in English for Science and Technology and Human Resources Management from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Trade Union University, respectively.
