Uyen Bui

Uyen Bui is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Director at VINFAST since October 2017, Uyen previously held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager within the same company. Prior to VINFAST, Uyen worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Navigos Search, specializing in client management and recruitment strategies. Uyen's career also includes roles at Microsoft as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and at Nokia as an HR Specialist, where Uyen focused on talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives. Uyen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking from Hanoi University, earned in 2010.
