Quan Pham is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing at Vingroup JSC for Vinpearl and as the Head of Digital Execution for the Group, Quan has been instrumental in driving digital initiatives since April 2023. Previously, as Deputy Marketing Director at Base.vn from August 2022 to March 2023, Quan contributed to the growth of a leading B2B SaaS company in Vietnam. Quan's experience also includes leading growth strategies at Monkey Vietnam, an edtech company, where engagement was enhanced for English learning apps, and co-founding Printub Co., Ltd, a platform for customized product designs. Additionally, Quan co-owned Vietnam Hamis Tech Co., Ltd, a printing company. Educational qualifications consist of an Associate's degree in Crop Science from Vietnam National University of Agriculture, obtained from 2011 to 2014.
