Thanks to an innovative and patented process, Vinovae is able to turn any kind of still wines and spirits bottles into 20ml samples: the « Vinottes ® ». 
We guarantee that the organoleptic properties are perfectly preserved as in the initial bottle. To make sure of this, we have been closely working with John Euvrard, elected Best Sommelier of France in 2007. 
The innovation allows every professional of the wine industry (education wine schools, cellar men, wine merchants, wine-growers, wine importers, websites, department stores…) to give their customers a chance to easily taste any wines. This pratical and cost-efficient tool allows tastings to take place anywhere at any time with the perfect dose.
