Matthew Cocks is a seasoned professional in the wine industry with extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in AI applications at Vinovoss and as the Founder and Lead Consultant at Oeno Analytics, a London-based consultancy. Matthew also founded Eno Cultura, the largest wine school in South America, offering WSET and WSG courses. Previous roles include Head of Training at WineEd, Wine Advisor at Roberson Wine, and beverage management at Cubitt House, among others. Matthew is currently a Master of Wine candidate and holds multiple certifications in wine and sommelier training.
