Phil Bowes is currently the Enterprise Development Manager at Vinpro. Phil has over 16 years of experience in the field of international development, with a focus on training emerging farmers in financial management processes. Prior to joining Vinpro, Phil worked as a CDP Program Officer at Land O'Lakes International Development, where they managed a national program to support 5 business development service providers. Phil has also served as the CEO of the Vinpro Foundation, where they helped the company to realize the position of preferred funding vehicle for corporate social initiatives in the South African Wine Industry. During their time as CEO, Phil oversaw grant recipients involving ethical trade, social worker, student bursaries, farm worker training, talent competitions and leadership training. Phil's experience and dedication to their work have made him an invaluable asset to the team at Vinpro.

Phil Bowes has a Masters in Business Administration from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, a NDip Agric Management from the Central University of Technology, Free State, and a FIT in Agricultural Mechanics from the Bloemfontein College. Phil also has a certification in Economics for Everyone: Understanding a Recession from LinkedIn.
