Pat Esslinger

Pat Esslinger is an accomplished management and leadership trainer with extensive experience as an independent facilitator and consultant, currently active since January 1995. With a focus on organizational change, team success, and leadership development, Pat draws on a robust background as a senior manager within the Federal government. Current engagements include serving as a Senior Facilitator at Bloomsburie, leading technology-enabled discussions for the US Department of Energy, and as a Senior Training Instructor at Vinsys, specializing in management for the US Marine Corps. Previous roles encompass curriculum design and facilitation for Planning, Inc., as well as instructional design and leadership training at Hemsley Fraser. Pat's early career in public service with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management spanned 25 years, beginning as a Management Intern. Education was earned at Vassar College with a degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude.
