Vinta is a leading private integrated property group.

Our integrated structure includes capabilities in capital transactions, developments, design & construction, leasing, marketing, asset management, property management and funds management covering the full spectrum of the property lifecycle.

Over six decades, we have built a property portfolio comprising major retail and commercial assets and development sites in both Australia and New Zealand. Our assets include quality shopping precincts in unique locations anchored by major retail brands.

Our integrated structure and unique business model give us greater control, enabling us to acquire, develop, build and manage commercial property investments in prize locations that deliver stable, long-term returns.
Built on a local heritage, we have been involved with property since the 1950s - leading projects that brought vital infrastructure and amenities to communities.

At Vinta, we’ve been building prosperity for our stakeholders for over 60 years.
