Rob Holderness is the current VP of Demand Generation at Vintory. Prior to their current position, Rob served as the Director of Marketing at Crush The Curve Idaho from April 2020 to February 2022. There, they oversaw a number of marketing initiatives that led to solid year-over-year growth for the company. These included increases in inbound leads, website traffic, brand awareness, earned media, social media following, and search engine rankings.

Before their time at Crush The Curve Idaho, Rob served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Tovuti from February 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for data-driven marketing and rapid experimentation that helped the company achieve its goals. Rob attributes much of their success to working with a team of smart and talented individuals.

Rob Holderness has a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Oregon State University. Rob's major is Rhetoric and their minors are Political Science and Interpersonal Communication. Rob also has a BA from Oregon State University in Speech Communication. Rob started their college career at Chemeketa Community College where they earned an AAOT.
