Frederic Puistienne

Frederic Puistienne has over 30 years of experience in finance and management. Frederic began their career in 1988 as a Treasury Manager for SCOA. In 1990, they joined Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. In 1996, they became a Corporate Finance Manager and Business Controller for SFR Business. In 1999, they were promoted to Financial Controller and Executive Committee Member for Econocom. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Committee Member for Crew Development. Frederic then moved to SVP where they held the same positions from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined ADISSEO as Group Chief Financial and Information Officer and Executive Committee Member. Here, they were responsible for financial, legal and information system and contributed to structural transformation and value creation. Frederic also helped with strategic development in Asia, including the launch of a new plant in China. From 2018 to 2021, Frederic Puistienne worked as an angel investor and took on transformation, restructuring and selling assignments for 1st ranked Private Equity funds. Most recently, they joined Vinventions as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Committee Member.

Frederic Puistienne attended Harvard University in 1993, where they completed the Business Case Study Program. Prior to this, they attended Paris ESLSCA Business School from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
