Byron Paris has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Byron started their career in 2015 with an internship at Wavescape Media. Byron then worked as a freelance web developer at EBS, where they redesigned and developed their website. In 2016, they completed a communication design internship at HfG am Main. Following that, they worked as a graphic designer at Cellucity, where they designed promotional content for their stores. From 2017 to 2018, Byron served as the Local Leader at IDF Cape Town, organizing meet-ups for the UX design community. In 2018, they joined Formula D interactive as a graphic and UI/UX designer, specializing in virtual reality museum exhibits and serious games. In 2019, Byron joined Isoflow as a UI/UX designer, working on projects within the fintech and eCommerce spaces. Currently, they are working as a Senior Product Designer at Vio.com (formerly FindHotel) starting in October 2022.

Byron Paris's education history includes a degree in UX & UI Design from Friends of Design - Academy of Digital Arts in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Creative Brand Communications at Vega School of Brand leadership from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Byron took a course in "What Design Can Do" in Communication Design at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, although the start year is not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, Byron obtained a Creative practices certification from Awwwards in April 2021. Byron also acquired certifications in Design meaningful experiences through an animation system and Flawless Typography through Awwwards in March and February 2021, respectively. In 2018, Byron completed a certification in How to design for augmented and virtual reality from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). In 2017, they obtained certifications in Mobile User Experience (UX) Design and Design Thinking from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
