Diego Plata

Diego Plata has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Diego started their career in 2014 as an Operations Excellence Engineer at AbbVie. In 2015, they worked as a Metrology/Engineering Intern at the same company. In 2016, Diego joined Fluideco Equipos Industriales S.L. as a Project Development professional. Diego then moved on to Openbank in 2017, where they worked as a Payment Technology Analyst for a few months. Diego joined Hotelbeds in 2018 as a Process Specialist and later held positions as a Guarantee Margin Analyst and Margin Controlling Analyst. Most recently, they joined Vio.com (Formerly FindHotel) in 2022 as a Commercial Supply Analyst.

Diego Plata has a diverse education history in the field of engineering. Diego started their educational journey in 2012 at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2016. During their time as an undergraduate, Diego also participated in exchange programs, spending a year from 2013 to 2014 at Nanyang Technological University Singapore and another year from 2014 to 2015 at the National University of Singapore. In 2016, Diego continued their studies at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, earning a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, which they completed in 2018. Diego then engaged in an additional exchange program in 2018, attending Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile to further their studies in Industrial Engineering.
