Violet Consulting is a boutique, women-owned CRM consultancy built exclusively for higher education. Founded in 2021 by two practitioners who spent their careers inside college and university CRM teams, we've since worked with 80+ colleges and universities across 20+ states and Canada — with community and technical colleges as our largest client segment.

We're certified specialists across Salesforce (Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud), Slate, and TargetX, and we support institutions across the full CRM lifecycle: implementation, live training, custom projects, data integration, system audits, and fractional administration. We also help schools stop application fraud and meet new federal identity-verification requirements through ID verification implementations.

Our team holds certifications including Salesforce Consulting and Managed Services Partner, Certified Education Cloud Consultant, Certified Platform Administrator, Certified Agentforce Sales Consultant, TargetXpert, Slate Preferred Partner, DemandTools and FormAssembly Certified.

Whether you're starting from scratch or expanding what you already have, we can help. Contact us to set up a free consultation.
