Tracy Kline is currently the Group President at VIOLET GREY, a position held since 2025. Previously, Tracy served in various executive roles at Bluemercury from 2016 to 2019, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Merchandise Planning. Prior to that, Tracy held the role of Director of Merchandise Planning & Analysis at HMSHost from 2007 to 2013 and was the Senior Director of Retail Merchandise Planning at World Duty Free from 2013 to 2016. Tracy began their career at Gucci Group, where they were the Director of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management from 2002 to 2006. Tracy earned a degree in Finance from Providence College in 2000.
