With a focus on helping clients optimize their financial strategies, Michael has held roles such as Director of Accounting & Finance Client Projects at VIP, Controller at Zion Oil & Gas, Inc., and Interim CFO and Controller at OBG Environmental Solutions, LLC. Their expertise includes financial reporting, treasury management, SEC filings, tax planning, and process improvement. Michael obtained their MS in Economics with a focus on Quantitative Analysis and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, and their BS in Economics and Finance with a Minor in Accounting.
