Established in 1991, VIP-System Limited is the UK’s largest exclusive partner to local authority licensing departments. For over 35 years, public safety and data integrity have driven our innovations. We specialise in tamper-evident vehicle and driver licensing systems that use innovative, specialist PVC-free materials. We give councils total flexibility in how they operate, supplying either secure fulfilment blanks ready for internal printing or finished items ready for immediate distribution. By keeping production tightly integrated with council systems, local authorities retain absolute control over their issuance networks while locking in total data integrity.
Beyond secure substrates, we provide complete mounting solutions, including heavy-duty platforms, brackets, and fixing accessories engineered for compliant, high-security license display. Our physical systems seamlessly support modern enforcement, ensuring that when a credential is on a vehicle, its authenticity is unquestionable. Our proprietary materials are built to structurally fail and permanently deform if tampering is attempted, maintaining an unbroken chain of custody from the council counter to the street.
Everything we supply is 100% UK-manufactured at our dedicated facility, ensuring tight quality control and rapid turnaround times. We are deeply committed to helping local authorities meet their environmental targets without compromising on security. Our components are constructed using mostly 100% recycled materials and remain 100% recyclable, providing a frictionless, sustainable Scope 3 solution for municipal Net Zero reporting.
