Prashanth K. is the Head of Talent Intelligence & Research at Vipany Group. Prashanth has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions in the field.

Prashanth started their career as a Territory Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in April 2008 and was with the company for over 5 years before moving to Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as a Relationship Manager in December 2006. Prashanth was with Fullerton for 2 years before joining Bajaj Auto Finance as a Team Leader & Incharge - Personal Computer Finance in May 2003.

Prashanth has been with Vipany Management Consulting Pvt Ltd since 2013 and is currently heading the Talent Intelligence & Research department.
