Neil Carrick

Neil Carrick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, mediation, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Service Technician at Viperspace, Inc. since May 2016, Neil specializes in onboarding, design, and managed system analysis, providing technical support in the Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor areas. In addition, Neil has held the role of Mediator at New Horizons Mediation & Counseling since February 2011 and serves as the Executive Director of All Souls Community Organization since January 2010. Previous experience includes founding and owning NewTekArt, technical support roles at IBM and Thomson Reuters, and various IT contractor positions at TEKsystems. Neil also has a background in social work, having worked with large political refugee families, and has experience in network administration and church leadership. Educational qualifications include attendance at Walden University, Maryland Bible College & Seminary, and The Johns Hopkins University, among others.
