Elle Smith is currently the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at VIPKID. Prior to this, they were with Smith Business Solutions as well as Choice Hotels International where they served as an Operational Specialist. Elle has always been passionate about diversity and inclusion and is excited to be able to lead VIPKID in this area. Elle is a strong advocate for equal opportunity and is committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Elle Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from LSU Shreveport and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University.

Elle Smith works with and Alex Zheng - Chief Technology Officer. Their manager is Cindy Mi, CEO & co-Founder.
