Kyle Thomas possesses extensive experience in education and recruitment. Currently, Kyle serves as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid, delivering personalized instruction to over 1,600 Chinese students aged 4-15 since December 2017. Previous roles include International Director for Global Leadership Adventures, where Kyle coordinated adventure and volunteer camps in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for American teens. Earlier experiences also include teaching English at Thai Elementary School and various recruitment positions across multiple companies, including Modis and Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance.
