Tracy Johnson

English Second Language Teacher

Tracy Johnson, PhD, is an accomplished educator and administrator with extensive experience in higher education and student affairs. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at SUNY Oneonta since July 2022, Tracy teaches "The History of the Black Church." In parallel, Tracy holds the position of Vice President of Student Affairs at VIPKid, leading English as a Second Language efforts for children in China. Prior roles include Founding Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Wellness and Support at Dallas College, where responsibilities included enhancing graduation rates for 80,000 students, and Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at the University at Buffalo, overseeing multiple programs aimed at student retention and success. Tracy's educational background includes a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University at Buffalo, alongside a Master's in Theological Studies and a Master's in Human Resources Management.
