Casper Højgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Casper began their career as a Trainee at The Royal Danish Embassy in Sweden, where they assisted Danish companies in their export efforts. Casper then joined Schneider Electric, where they held various positions including International Sales Trainee, Business Developer, Sales Manager, and Field Service Sales Manager. At Ørsted, they served as the Head of Sales DK/SE and later as the Head of Energy as a Service Sales. Casper then worked as the Head of Commercial Development at GSV Materieludlejning before moving on to become the Head of Sales & Partnerships at MobilePay. Casper Højgaard brings a wealth of experience in sales, commercial development, and partnership management to their current role.
Casper Højgaard began their education in 1998 at Vestfyns Gymnasium, where they studied mathematics until 2001. Following that, from 2001 to 2002, they attended TietgenSkolen, where they pursued a one-year higher business education focused on marketing. Continuing their studies, Casper enrolled at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, completing their degree in International Marketing and obtaining a Cand.merc. in 2008. In 2017, Casper obtained a certification in "INSEAD - Transforming Schneider Electric Leadership."
