Julien Thiry

Julien Thiry is an experienced professional in the field of veterinary sciences, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Pharmaceutical R&D Safety & Efficacy at Virbac since October 2021. Prior to this role, Julien held various positions at Merck Animal Health from August 2009 to September 2021, including Leader of Global R&D Pharmaceutical Programs and Manager of Global Clinical Research. Julien's career began at the University of Liège, where roles included Manager of Biosafety Level 3 Facilities and Research Assistant in Virology and Viral Diseases from October 2003 to July 2009. Julien holds a Master in Veterinary Sciences from the University of Liège and has furthered education at University College London.
