Luján Facal

Luján Facal is an MBA candidate at IEEM and currently serves as the Director of Industrial Operations at Virbac Uruguay S.A. With over 25 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical and food environments, they focus on production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and comprehensive operations management. Luján has led teams of up to 80 individuals and is actively involved in strategic planning and operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from UDELAR and have previously worked in quality assurance roles at organizations such as Boehringer Ingelheim and Merial.
