Milson Gondim, PhD, DVM, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Vaccine and Biotech at Virbac since May 2023, focusing on building a capable technical team in the Animal Health Vaccine/Biotech industry. Additional experience includes significant positions at Schering-Plough, AkzoNobel, and Hoechst Roussel Vet, where Milson was involved in various aspects of biotechnology production, project management, and operational improvements. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology, multiple MBA degrees, and a Lean Six Sigma certification.
