Ron R.

Ron R. is the Co-Founder and Creator of Virbela and serves as Principal at Rembisz & Associates, an international consulting firm specializing in organizational performance enhancement. Since 2013, Ron has been a Foundation Partner and Faculty member at The Honor Foundation, focusing on transitioning special operations forces personnel into civilian careers. With nearly 30 years of experience working with senior executives, Ron also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at the California School of Professional Psychology and Faculty at the Rady School of Management. They earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University and a B.A. in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
