Cath Coupar

Cath Coupar is currently the Head of Family Experiences at Virgin Active South Africa, where they oversee product development and market share growth in the family wellness sector. They are responsible for the profitability of family-related exercise engagement services and manage investments in the Kids and Swim businesses. Cath's previous roles at Virgin Active include Myvirginactive Product Developer, National Junior Member Manager, Regional Product Specialist, and Project Manager. They have also worked as a Training Coordinator and Health Promotions and Marketing Coordinator at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. Cath holds a Master's degree and an Honours degree, both in Sports Science, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Studies from the University of Stellenbosch.
