Stuart Gorner

Stuart Gorner has extensive experience in telesales management, currently serving as the Head of Telesales at Virgin Media O2 since March 2018, overseeing inbound and outbound sales for both B2C and B2B customers at O2’s largest UK franchise. Prior to this role, Stuart held various positions at Virgin Media from 2002 to September 2017, including Area Telesales Manager, where management of a successful team contributed to significant customer growth, and Telesales Manager, focusing on performance enhancement and customer experience.
