Ann Lu

Ann Lu has extensive experience in marketing and customer service, currently serving as a Marketing Manager at TELUS since February 2018, with prior roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist. Ann also manages a store for Virgin Mobile Canada, a position held since July 2016. Ann's career spans various roles at Bell, beginning in November 2009 as a Technical Training Specialist and progressing to positions including Fibe TV and internet Technical Solution and customer service representative. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Training Specialist at Bell Mobile Communications from October 2014 to June 2016 and as a Sales Representative at Rogers from January 2007 to November 2009. Ann Lu completed education at Earl Haig Secondary School from 1998 to 2002.
